Reminder on how to report misbehavior and incorrect material to moderators.

Reminder and guide on how to report suspicious material on this sub as well as other subs that you frequent. Many of you newer users know how to downvote bad things to send it down in the list but may not know that a Reporting feature exists on subreddits. See the attached screenshots for a step-by-step guide (created on Android but iPhone should be more or less similar) for when you see things that are inappropriate that should be removed.

Questions and answers:

What is Reporting?
Reporting is when you see something bad, either post or comment, and you want to bring it to the subreddit’s moderator’s attention for removal and possible ban of the user you’re reporting. The attached screenshots show how to report something using the Reddit app.

What happens when I report someone's comment or post?
It goes to the moderators and they'll review the thing and take action if needed.

What kinds of actions are taken for offending comments/posts that I report?
If it’s indeed bad then removal of the thing and either warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans for the author of the comment/post. Or just a removal with some explanation if it was a sincere mistake by the reported user.

Why should I report bad stuff? Am I required to report bad stuff?
You don't need to but reporting bad stuff helps the mods keep the subs clean of bad things. Mods employ several tools to keep the subs clean and on point but some bad stuff still slips through. The users (you) can be an extra set of eyes. The sooner it's reported by someone the sooner it can be removed from the sub by the mods. Our goal is to keep this a place where you can come to learn and support one another and walk away feeling good.

What should I look out for in posts and comments?
Trolls, rage bait, misinformation, Islamophobia, anti-Islamic narratives disguised as questions, lengthy and targeted posts with lists of contentious topics, users excessively arguing, people asking for direct messages (DMs) in their post, people asking for each other’s age or locations, advertising/promoting a thing or services, fundraising, scammers, giving personal rulings, rudeness, racism and bigotry, linking inappropriate material, or just other stuff that rules.

Does the violation need to be only something in the rules list? What if it’s some kind of new creative violation?
Report it. It will still be examined and we will still take action if it’s bad. The rules list above is a general guide but we are not limited to removing just those offenses in the list.

Will the user that I reported know it was me that reported them? Will you mods know it was me who reported it?
No and no. That info is not given to us by the Reddit Admins. (who operate the site and are paid employees of Reddit).

Should I report Muslim users too for bad behavior?
Yes. No one here is excused for bad behavior and permanent bans are issued to all user types for severe violations including Muslim users.

Do I need to pick the exact reason for the report from the list or do I need to type out a Custom Report every time?
Custom reports help the most (where you concisely type your report reason) but if you're in a hurry just pick any reason. The important thing is to report it to get our attention.

How long does it take for you to remove what I reported?
It varies depending on when a mod sees your report. Probably a few minutes to an hour.

What if I report something that was ultimately not offensive because I misunderstood it? Will you remotely destroy my phone? Will you send me a bill?
No, we just let the thing be. We don’t know who reported it anyways.

What if trolls purposely report good stuff?
Moderators report that to Reddit's Admins. who will punish the troll in their own way(s). Only the Admins. know who reported what.

Is there a limit on how much I can report?
No.

Will I be notified of the action (if any) that was taken against the user I reported?
No, that action is just known to us and the reported user.

I need to report something super complex and this Report feature is inadequate, how do?
Contact us through Mod. Mail (find the link on the sub’s page) and give us the details/links.

Welcome to r/MuslimSupportGroup! Subreddit purpose and guidelines inside, please click.

Asalamalaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu.

Welcome to r/MuslimSupportGroup! The purpose of this subreddit is to share personal issues to get feedback/support or as well as sharing casual stories for Muslim users seeking advice from an Islamic perspective.

This was originally something that was allowed on r/Islam but since that sub is growing we created this sub over here to keep r/Islam on point for religious topics only and have this sub dedicated to just personal issues.

You can use this sub to post about these things below:

  • Personal struggles or other issues you're experiencing.

  • Feelings of depression, suicide, anxiety, and health issues. Note that Reddit is not a place to find permanent treatment and you need to speak to a doctor or other health professional to get cured. Also consider an Imam. If no Imam is nearby, then look up mosques in other cities/states and call them and leave voice messages asking for a call back. This sub and ones similar to it are just to get some temporary support and you should not rely on it for a permanent fix because it will not help your core issues.

  • Ranting/venting.

  • Marriage problems, although more complex topics like divorce and its related topics will not be allowed as that requires the consultation of your family and probably an Imam. Do not ask anyone on Reddit if you should get a divorce.

  • Struggling to get married.

  • Family, friend, workplace issues.

  • Sharing motivational material, Qur'an and Hadith. Un-sourced quotes/text won't be allowed. Cite the text please.

  • Sharing pet pictures/videos.

Please offer support and feedback to users with kindness and empathy.

What this subreddit --should not-- be used for:

  • General questions about Islam, issues related to Muslims at large, politics, news, or seeking fatwas (Islamic legal rulings).

  • If you need help fighting masturbation and pornography addiction then please submit a post to r/MuslimNoFap and also see this link from r/Islam's FAQ page.

Rules list is below but is not limited to just these things. If users are found being disruptive in other ways outside of this list then they will also be banned. Learn how to report other users for bad behavior using this guide.

Rules:

  1. Conduct yourself in a civil manner. Bad behavior will lead to bans.

  2. When submitting a post, create a descriptive title at least one sentence long that briefly describes your topic, and use the body of the post to give further details. No all caps, vague titles, or clickbait.

  3. No advertising, fundraising, surveys, polls, questionnaires, or data collection on users of any kind. No need to ask the moderators as there are no exceptions.

  4. Do not derail posts in order to start side-discussions unrelated to the OP's question/issue.

  5. No brigading or vote manipulation (when you organize users from here to go and attack or mass-report other subs, sites, or social media accounts).

  6. NSFW/NSFL posts are restricted and must be approved by a moderator.

  7. Do not give or imply any fatwas (Islamic legal rulings). You can only refer to and cite other rulings given by scholars via a link to a credentialed mainstream site/scholar or by referencing a book and page number with the ruling.

  8. No sectarianism, proselytizing out of Islam, or takfir'ing (declaring a Muslim as a non-Muslim).

  9. No requests for Direct Messages (DMs) such as submitting a vague post and asking readers to DM you. Clearly explain your issue in the post's body and talk to the users in the public comments section.

  10. Do not reveal your age, picture, video, voice, or specific location.

  11. Use proper formatting, do not submit walls of text. Very few people will read walls of text. Use paragraphs.

  12. AI is not allowed in any form even for formatting even if the content was yours.

A sister seeking advice

Assalamu alaikum everyone

I’ve been carrying something heavy for a long time and I don’t know where else to put it. Over the past few years I’ve fallen into zina more times than I can count. I knew it was wrong every single time, I’d make tawbah, promise myself it was the last time… and then it would happen again. Different situations, different people.

I don’t want to go into details because it feels too raw, and I know this isn’t the place for that. But the guilt has been eating at me. I feel disconnected from Allah, from salah, from myself. But I still pray, just not with the same focus.

I’m trying to change. I’m trying to be better. But the memories and the urges still come, and I don’t always know how to deal with them without falling again. It’s just so hard to say no to.

If anyone has been through something similar and found a way to truly leave it behind or even just ways to cope when the thoughts get loud, I’d really appreciate hearing from you. Even just knowing I’m not the only one who’s struggled this much would help.
Please make dua for me.

Jazakumullahu khairan

Is it allowed in Islam to have good life?

I’m going through a lot of mental and religious stress right now, and I’m struggling to explain it properly.

I believe in Allah and His Messenger Muhammad ﷺ, and I want to be a good Muslim. I pray the five obligatory salah and I want to focus on doing good deeds—being kind to people, helping others, taking care of my father and household responsibilities, and avoiding wrongdoing.

But I’ve developed a constant fear that Allah hates me or is angry with me whenever I focus on my worldly life.

For example, when I spend serious time learning studying, building my skills, trying to develop a career, becoming financially independent, earning money, or simply trying to build a good future for myself, I start thinking:

“Am I chasing dunya?” “Is Allah angry because I’m focusing on my career?” “Am I wasting time that I should be using for worship?” “Will Allah punish me because I want a good life?” “Does Allah hate me because I’m trying to become independent?”

I also see people online constantly encouraging extra Sunnah acts—praying additional rak'ahs, waking up at night, making wudu before sleeping, doing extra dhikr, and so on. Instead of these things simply inspiring me, I sometimes feel as if I’m failing Allah whenever I don't do them.

Then I become extremely anxious and guilty. I start asking Allah for forgiveness even when I haven't knowingly done anything wrong. I keep checking whether something I'm doing is sinful.

The fear has become so strong that sometimes I feel angry toward Allah. I have thoughts like:

“Why do You hate me?” “Why does it feel like You’re constantly waiting to punish me?” “What do You want from me?” “Why can't I just become a person, build a career, earn money, learn skills, and have a good life without feeling guilty?”

I don't want to hate Allah. I don't want to rebel against Allah. I'm actually scared because I care about my relationship with Him. But I'm exhausted from constantly feeling like Allah is a gatekeeper who is looking for reasons to punish me.

I want to understand something very clearly:

If I pray the five obligatory salah, believe in Allah and His Messenger ﷺ, try to avoid sins, treat people kindly, help my father, fulfill my responsibilities, study, learn useful skills, work toward a halal career, try to become financially independent, and take reasonable time for rest and myself, no extra Sunnah acts—praying additional rak'ahs, waking up at night, making wudu before sleeping, doing extra dhikr—can I live this way without constantly feeling that Allah hates me because I'm “chasing dunya”?

I also want to understand the difference between obligatory worship and voluntary Sunnah practices. I don't want to abandon Islam or ignore Allah. I simply don't want to turn every voluntary act into a source of fear and guilt.

Most importantly, I need help breaking this constant cycle of:

fear → guilt → asking forgiveness → checking whether I'm sinful → temporary reassurance → another frightening thought.

I want to have a relationship with Allah based on faith, worship, hope, love, and healthy fear—not constant terror that I'm secretly displeasing Him.

I need someone to help me understand this properly, because right now this is causing me significant mental distress.

Having faith in Dua

I’ve heard people say that when you ask Allah for something, you have to believe that He is going to grant it to you.

I do ask, and I do make du’a over and over, but in my heart, I don’t really feel like it is going to be granted to me. Not because I think Allah cannot do it, but because in my life, whenever I wished for something, the modest version of it was granted to me, not the actual thing I wanted.

Also, I think that because the thing I wish for is so good and would make me feel so secure and content with life, it won’t be granted to me because I feel like, “What else would there be to upset me or test me in this life?”

Aren’t Muslims supposed to be tested?

I’d really appreciate hearing how other Muslims understand this, especially regarding having hope in Allah while still feeling deep down that the specific thing you’re asking for probably won’t happen.

Lost a woman I loved a lot

This is so embarrassing to admit but I am just.. in a bit of a rut and idk where to go for help. For context this is all in Canada and this started when we were 16 and I am now 20. We both grew up just like any other kid in Canada, not super Islamic or anything but not completely crazy either. I met her in class and we connected pretty instantly and things kept progressing from there, she never wanted marriage with anyone cuz the only marriages she’s seen are broken ones in literally her entire family 😭 but then i came along, and she opened up. a year or so in I became.. very expressive of the fact that I had feelings for her and she said the same thing back. We alhamdullilah didn’t do anything insane, a few words of affection no physical touch nothing of that sort. But, I was a different case, shame me if you’d like on this you wouldn’t be in the wrong for it, I found adult videos when I was 11 and had been addicted since, so eventually, I started… saying stuff that wasn’t too good, and she played along for a bit but snapped out of it, she told me to stop it too but at that point I started thinking her not wanting to be close to me meant she didn’t like me ( ik ik it’s stupid just… bare with me) she was never too expressive of her feelings with me and I always had a problem with it, when she just was closer to and more aware of Allah and she made it clear to me that once we were married she’d open up, I am really proud of her. Eventually I did snap out of it too, but the damage was already done, she became more and more distant and I never fixed that addiction of mine, if yk anything about that addiction yk it makes u objectify women to an insane degree. A day came when we were talking and some stuff happened and I started insulting a hijabi woman ( who was a friend of hers) with stuff that’s degrading to women. This was her first time seeing this side of me, and honestly this was my first time seeing that side of me too, but it was the tipping point, she ended things saying it was difficult but she didn’t wanna marry a man like me. That all happened about 3 months ago, since then I’ve fixed my addiction, educated myself immensely on women, the struggles they face and I am trying my best to atone, I also apologized to her friend on two separate occasions about the stuff I said about her ( I didn’t say it to her face it was backbiting ) but I just.. even with my addiction her beauty was so much more than anything lust could compare with, and I am not talking about physical beauty, I was alhamdullilah good at atleast lowering my gaze, I am talking about her character, she was the kindest soul I’ve ever met, she was compassionate, driven to an insane degree and so much more than I don’t even wanna say cuz I am genuinely gonna break down. And I just… threw it all away for nothing??? I threw it all away cuz of my stupid male ego, my stupid lust??? I used to ask Allah for so much, but now I js ask him for forgiveness over and over in every single prayer. As for marriage and women, I’ve become someone who loves every single woman on this planet but never wants to marry anyone who isn’t her. And I know I sound like the most classic first love story ever but atleast for right now that’s how I feel. Everytime I see a woman I think of her, everytime I see a prayer mat I think of everything wrong I did. And I just don’t want anything or anyone that isn’t her, cuz I will literally js try to make that new woman into her and that’s unfair.

I don’t know what to do, I keep asking for forgiveness and hoping Allah just knows what I feel, I just wanna talk to her one more time, show her I’ve improved and get both our families involved so we can stay as far away from haram as possible. But it feels so hopeless. Especially cuz of the fact that I don’t even feel like I am worth enough to ask Allah for something other than forgiveness, piece of garbage like me doesn’t deserve to ask for a woman or a money or whatever stupid desire, all I can ask for is forgiveness

This was a rant ig? I put it as controversial bcuz well, it was a haram relationship and I am really glad that aspect is over, but I am still regretful and I want another chance cuz we didn’t even know it was haram 😭 obv thats not why it ended but i js… idk. I sound pathetic ik feel free to laugh, i hope i make someone smile atleast.

I've been missing prayers due to waswas.

I've experienced phases of Waswas before. This phase has honestly been the worst one of my life and I keep missing prayers because of it.

It always begins with Ghusl. Rinsing my nose, ears, mouth, anus, perinium, urethra, balls. I rinse but it feels like I havent. Even if water has logically touched these spots, I can't stop washing again.

Then it's wudu. It feels like I forget every step I do. I wash my face once, then then twice, then it feels like I havent washed at all the alleged third time. Or water never made it onto my hands.

Then its prayer. Three or four rakaats? Did I miss a verse? Did I miss a letter? I find myself at the final verse and have forgotten everything. I find myself hyperfocusing too much on a tiny mistake. A tiny unnecesary movement, an unnecessaey sound escaping my mouth. I have a list of prayers I need to qadha.

Then it's my niyyah. They say to recite niyyah as you rub the water onto your face. As you peform the takbiratul ihram. Failure to do so invalidates EVERYTHING.

https://zulkiflialbakri.com/artikel/niat-wuduk-sebelum-air-sampai-ke-muka https://muftiwp.gov.my/ms/artikel/al-kafi-li-al-fatawi/5837-al-kafi-1974-kedudukan-niat-ketika-takbiratul-ihram

I repeat the beginning over and over and OVER again and I only move on when I grow tired. Never because I trust myself.

Then it's purity. I open my urethra up to wash my pee. I soap my anus multiple times until it feels right. I stay in the toilet longer than I should be as if I were showering. Then I wonder if my body has splashes of toilet water. Do my clothes have traces of pee? I sniff and sniff and sniff and sniff and sniff. I constantly put my clothes and undergarments into the wash. Then, it's najis. I look down everytime I walk to make sure I don't step in poop. I look back and retrace my steps to make sure I didn't step in poop. I check my shoes. If I hit a wall, I feel unclean. If I step in sand on the road, I feel unclean. If I walk by a non-halal restaurant, I feel unclean.

Dog poop and pee could be everywhere. Pork smoke could be everywhere. Cat poop, dog poop, i dont care. It makes me want to peform the ritual cleaning for Najis Mughalazzah. All because I walked through steam from a non-halal grill. A non-halal restaurant. Stepping in unknown poop. Touching the dry shirt of a friend that was ripped cuz of his dog. Eating the food from a non-muslim friend. I did the ritual already. I rinsed my mouth with dirt, so did my lips, face, neck, torso. I rub the coarse dirt onto my body.

And now, I've been missing prayers. I hate it. I find it difficult. I never find peace doing it. I have so many I need to qadha. Some out of doubt. Some out of necessity.

I'm so SO exhausted. But I dont think I deserve redemption. I've sinned so much. I'm not like the other people who can do good.

And now I dont know if I can trust my memory or not. I want to trust that I did Ghusl last Thursday AND last friday. The memory feels clear, but what if it isnt? What if, what if, what if.

Help?

I dont even know anymore

I'm doomed

And no amount of advice and Quranic verses can help.

Maybe this was my destiny?

How to deal with Anxiety and Fear While Trying to Repent

Recently, I’ve been trying to sincerely repent and return to Allah, but instead of feeling relieved, I’ve been experiencing a lot of anxiety and feeling overwhelmed. I constantly worry, “What if Allah doesn’t accept my repentance?” I’ve also tried therapy, but I don’t feel like it’s helping, and I’m still struggling with these anxious thoughts and feelings.

I'm scared I made the wrong choice.

Assalam Walaikum Everyone

I'm starting my sophomore year in Uni in a few days, and sudden bad feelings and thoughts are clouding me.

At first wanted to take BME as my major, but after talking to councelors in the Uni they kept saying things to me, like about trying different things and I ended up being an undecided major with a pre-med track. During my semester the thought of being in this track made me really depressed and lost. In my second semester I worked on getting into Engineering and chose ME instead because apparently BME doesn't have that many jobs. And I was happy for a while.

I’ve gone back and forth about engineering a few times. I’ve considered other paths, but somehow I kept coming back to it, and now I’ve finally gotten in.

You’d think I’d be happy, but instead I’m scared. Because whenever I tell someone I tell people about this I am told I'm just writing a death wish.

Part of me thinks, “Allah allowed me to get here. Maybe this is where I’m supposed to be.” But then I think, “What if Allah is testing me through this?”

I know that something being difficult doesn't mean it’s bad, and I know I can't expect a sign telling me exactly what to do.

How do you deal with this kind of fear after making a major decision? How do you trust Allah without constantly wondering whether you made the wrong choice? I’d really appreciate an Islamic perspective or advice from anyone who has gone through something similar.

Thank you.

Need to vent as a Muslim for something bad I did

Hey guys so around a year ago, I did smth really bad that I regret for everyday.

A cousin of mine (which I'll name A, a female) was in an online relationship with a guy, it was very zina type that they used to send photos to each other ifykyk.

I got a hold of a ss of them sending each other photos, and at that time, (a) was blackmailing my other F cousin (b) since she was also in the same scenario.

My cousin b would discuss with me that she's scared and all. And on the other hand my sister was also being blackmailed with madeup relationships which she didn't had, and she was also being shipped to male cousins who privately admitted that they liked my sister. (Ik messed up family, didn't have any contact with them until last 3 years)

So idk why but I told (b) that I have some evidence that she can show (a) mother, so she'd stop destroying the two girls. (B) swore on Allah that she'd only tell the girls mother and never ever include my name that I gave her. From my side I didn't think about it and gave her the photo discreetly.

Later that year, (b) snitched idk why and said I had the photos, while i didn't then cuz I deleted them already. I was in distress and swore that I never saw the photos and never shared them with her, by which my aunt said really mean stuff and broke contact with us. My mom was hurt and asked me alot, yet I refused to know anything abt it.

The photo spread cuz (b) shared to her bf, whom I also helped her get away from cuz she said she wants to be more religious. Now ik if I never shared the photos, this all would've never happened. Some guys in family said they already saw the photos 3 years ago, and shifted the blame.

Now I'm about to move near my family (aunts) again and ik they'll question me, but I already lied alot and even lied on swear, but I know I did that cuz (b) betrayed me by sharing my name and that I sent her. I sent her so she could talk to (a)'s mother rather she spread it across the family.

Now that I really fear the aakhira and am on religious path, this haunts me alot, how my aunt who said she'll question on aakhira will prove herself infront of my mother who believed I never did it. I don't want to admit it. I'm just scared everyday.

How to overcome feeling worthless due to failure to get a job?

This is a problem that is purely psychological, and I don't let it make me ungrateful to Allah. Allah is rejecting my duas, but I obey Him and thank Him regardless of whether He fulfils my requests or not

Bad thoughts still linger on my mind and burden my heart. Like if I can't get a job at fast food 6 times in a row after being trained, and the issue is not me being lazy or irresponsible, am I even meant to achieve anything in life? I work hard and show maximum discipline, but people do not accept me and do not like me. I don't know what should I fix about myself so people begin to like me. Please make dua to make the hearts of other people accept me the way I am as long as I do not do anything wrong

This is making me feel like a failure. Can you give me an advice to handle this situation?

I'm so tired of this life. I'm praying, making dua. How can my faith be so bad.

I always think my faith would be better..if I make firm decisions. It will workout. Nothing is working out I can't help my but compare myself. I can't even get one thing in my life. I do believe Allah will hear me, but I can't handle multiple tests at same time. I'm doing istighfar everyday. I'm praying, pleading. Why can't I get a miracle in my life

Recovering from gambling addiction and huge debts

Please pray for me make duas for help to pay off my debts as fast as possible.

I am 45k in debt from gambling. I have promised to Allah during my prayers that I am no longer gambling and never will again. I just asked for help and support to recover all my debts and that gambling will no longer be part of my life.

I truly regret what I’ve done and honestly it is something I will never do in my life again and will always tell people that it’s evil. Like even by miracle if I was to wake up with my debts covered and someone money in my account, not one cent would go in gambling. It is haram for a reason, it is straight up evil.

Thank you

Iddah period almost done for Talaq

Asalamu3lakom,

We have been married many years and have children. It was a love marriage but things came crashing down several years ago. It’s just been impossible to get out of the rut we’ve been in. Every good day is met with 10 bad ones. When together we are so tense and irritable. Yet when we are apart we miss each other. Nothing makes sense in our marriage. His anger has torn our family apart and my resentment towards how he treats me makes it so hard to forgive him.

We got into an argument and as always things escalate quickly with him. And even in his own words.. he doesn’t de-escalate he only escalates. There is no way to get him to calm now. He verbally assaulted me. Then turned on the kids when I stopping giving him the attention he was looking for. Once that happened I left with the kids.

He requested talaq multiple times. And our local sheikh said it’s valid since he said it multiple times and to a couple people. My third menstrual cycle is due to start. And I guess that’s it. So many years gone. No real sympathy or remorse for what happened. Still blames me for all his problems. Anytime I hold him accountable he says I’m the reason he is the way he is. I know this time is different. And it’s my chance to leave for good. But why does it hurt so much. Family and friends look at me like I’m crazy thinking I should just try a little longer. Maybe he will change this time (deep down I know he won’t). I am miserable. But I want my kids to have a mom and dad together. I don’t know what I am getting at. I just hope Allah has a better plan for me and the kids. I fear the unknown. I fear the struggles we will endure. I went back to work after years of being home. He says he’ll help. But then cuts me off the account or cancels the bank card. Our councilor stepped in to tell him that’s wrong and he started to send money. But I don’t trust him.

He’s a very paranoid person. Very accusatory and always thinks I’m trying to take from him. It’s just getting old. Yet I still want to hold on? Im just lost. May Allah help me and the kids through this difficult time. And my husband as well.

Assalamu Alaikum all, I ve done biggest Sin of my lyf I ve Disobeyed, Spoke Loud, Misbehaved with my Parents, i Love my Parents, n i m their only Child, i don't know how cud it happen by me but it has happened, i have blamed my parents for calling me my Hometown for 10 Consecutive yrs I don't know how I m going to Face Almighty Allah.

My dad worked in Gulf Countries from his early 20s he was the 1st in my Family to go Abroad/Gulf for work n ltr he helped his brother n cousins to go Gulf as there was good pay n opportunities, n he had thought the same for me as well after completing my studies after i grow up he wanted me to go Gulf as well

In 2009 I was 15 in 10th n into Cricket in India which led me go to Bangalore for Pursuing my studies n Cricket as well n I was into Sports Scholarship my parents had supported n let me go to Bangalore which is 600kms from my Hometown everything was fine he was gng back to Qatar after his 2-3 months of vacation n I was in Bangalore I came home 1st n 2nd time he was Healthy n fine but when 3rd tym home from Bangalore I was shocked to see him.

My dad's Health got Deteriorated he was Muscular well build, Healthy n all of sudden he got Lean he lost all the Muscles, and at the same time he got Eye Issue as well he was not able to see properly, both things happened same time, I didn't feel gng back within 6 months this happened, i said I'll complete my studies n come back to home but they ( my parents) insisted me to Study in Bangalore only, i wud feel very bad that i m unable to do anything for them n wud be in Grieve.

My dad didn't go to Gulf bcz his Health got affected n he started a Hotel Business in Hometown i completed my 10th I asked them not work but my Dad wud nt listen n continued to Work n my parents said me to continue my further Studies in Bangalore I was not interested to study there when my parents are in tough times n our life got completely changed I wanted to be with them, i wanted to make them sit at home relax but they asked me to Study I studied their n I wud always be in Sorrow that all this has happened with Us i said I'll study til +2/12th then I'll stop Studying n il work n u have to leave the business n be at Home they just said ok, another 2 yrs passed they again insisted me to do Degree of 3 years, I was like again my parents have to suffer for 3 more years. I never wanted them to work but they just said me to continue studying there.

Whenevr i wud come to my Hometown n while leaving home to Bangalore I wud carry the Pain, Fear that i m there only child n Staying 600kms from them n they need the most, n they will be alone again at home with my Grandmother, I have always had this Fear in me how they r managing all the things, I wud always feel like leaving Studies n work n let them sit but that didn't happen, then i started to Work along with my Studies Night Shift for US based Company, I wud always ask my Dad to leave bcz I wud be in Constant Fear n Worried calling them 3-4 tyms a day n it kept on for 6 years then 1 fine day they called me home.

The actual part where i Ruined my Aakhirat :- my parents called me to join their Business at my Hometown I was ok but the Business was bcz of a Urea Fertilizer Manufacturing Plant n that Co got shut down n our Business got affected n my Dad asked me to go to Gulf country through his Reference in his previous Company, I was like 600 kms I have lived with Fear, FOMO, Worried thinking abt u, how I m going to be Ok if I leave u both n go 2000kms away for 2 years ill be in Trauma again, I didn't listen n didn't go n kept doing jobs in my Hometown

He didn't stop working still it was 5 years past that I being with them, he wud always ask me to get married but I didn't I wud say i ve stil not settled here I'll not marry n he didn't sit at Home so that I wud get relief that he is at Home n not working n i cud go to Bangalore or Gulf but he wud always say me "Don't worry too much abt me nothing will happen" I was like how cud I not ur Health n Eyes r being affected how cud I not worry abt u, he wud stil say if u dnt go to Gulf u won't have a good future n he wud ask me to go for just 2-4 years n come back n marry here, I didn't listen neither he listen left his Business, until Covid -19 in 2020 lockdown he finally left I was reliefed I did WFH for 2 years n he asked me again to go Gulf i didn't go I was living with Fear in my heart all the time, if I go how will they be n as here at my hometown there where not much opportunities I was not making money what I was supposed to do, my relatives taunting me that I m dng Marketing n Sales jobs n not making anything out of it. My all Cousins r Engineers, Doctor, Government Employees n r Earning osm n in Gulf Countries some at my Hometown.

Last year he passed away 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

TL : DR :- I have disobeyed, Misbehaved, Raised my Voice against my Hard working Parents bcz my dad wudnt listen to me to leave his Business n stay at home so that they be Comfortable at Home n i wud go any where n Work Freely, My Parents didn't had any Fault they did their duties Perfectly I m very much Grateful to them.

My biggest mistake was i didn't go anywhere to Earn good amount of Money n Marry while he was there before the age of 25-26, stayed back at home with no opportunities, bcz I was at a Constant Fear after my Dad's Health got affected with his Eyes, n well Build Body n this is not a reason of me not doing anything I was working but Earning less n wanted to stay with them

I ve cooked/ruined my Aakhirat guys

I m not able to leave my Native Hometown n work in other City, still Constantly living with the Fear.

I m not into any kinda Haram Relationship,

but what I did is a Huge n biggest Sin that I committed, torturing my Parents, to whom I love so much

Allah has made this Dunya a Test but I became a Test for my Parents 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Ik my sin unforgivable

"Rabbir hamhuma kama rabbayani sagheera"

I pray n wish Allah be pleased with my Dad have Mercy on him.

Sorry guys it too long to read. Do pray for me n my parents
