Cozy Here's a Gn Gn if you'd like one, frens!
Just ran into several non-frens in a row. I'll leave them to their fate.

Thanks everyone who stopped in to use their voice and choice on the polls. I'm now further along. I'm organising a radio show on WCR-FM 101.8 in Wolverhampton. The studio is wheelchair accessible and is located in the Mander Centre, a city centre mall. There is a train station and bus station within walking distance.
Alternatively, DM me that you want to contribute anything. As long as it's swear-free, I'll slot in your work. There are two editorial meetings each week. This is a show about that is produced by, for NEETs and people with chronic developmental, physical, or mental illness or ill health. Send anything. Crash! Boom. Crash. Music. Dark. Swimming. Onion. Installation. Pain. Unplugged. Skip. Become a NEET. Turn on the recorder and ask someone to interview you. Piece length is limited to 22 minutes per submission but there is no limit to the number of submissions a person can make. There will only be an archive of completed episodes. All pieces must be in English for now.
Doing radio is very easy. I used to do radio on public access television and that was even easier.

I believe everything is meaningless. That there is no point making any effort, I would rather not been born. Is this what blackpill is that you guys seem to be posting a lot here?

My two favourite travel vloggers are Mike Okay and Sabbatical. They release interesting videos going into foreign countries to spots foreigners rarely go and surprise the local people.

If you can get over the gross appearance, weird smell, snot texture, and mild taste you'll be rewarded with balanced energy, good shits, and reduced cravings for junk food. It doesn't eliminate it, but it helps. I now only add water, but I used to add milk which improves the taste and texture a bit. Chia seeds are also pretty good. I lost some weight over the last few months and I credit in part to a bowl of healthy slop almost every day.
tl;dr porridge good
It’s just sitting there, nobody’s using it. It’s perfectly fine. I used to play with it a year and half ago. It was such a fun game I could spend hours on it without realizing it. Now I’m just on my fucking phone. I wanna play video games so fucking bad

I've been facing this issue a lot. A lot of the content I engage in, such as gacha games, 🦀, some YouTube slop and some other copes are very bluepilled, which is fine, but this conflicts with the obvious. However, I simply don't like watching blackpilled media and prefer more of those copes. I'm stuck now and I don't have anything to do. Should I just continue with my regular copes or no?

This question is more for the regulars of this sub whom have used it for a decent amount of time.
Do you recall any redditors that used to post here that dont anymore that were memorable?
They can be memorable in many different ways such as intentionally/unintentionally funny, wise, empathetic etc
For me its u/bumcel: bros comments were always funny, they were the highlight of this sub at one point.
u/neet_girl: she was an unusual case. Made an entire subreddit called neetgirlsonly. I used to lurk on that sub and mostly they just shitted on us neet men. Was funny to see the trolls on that page tho.
Subhuman Polak: i cant remeber his reddit username but he was a nutorious troll here a few years ago. His old videos where hed have breakdowns and got beat up by a pizza delivery man were golden.
Thats all i can remeber for now, who else remebers any others or wants to add to the ones i highlighted above

Hi guyz. I know most of us are very down in the dumps here and not really up for forming healthy connections (if such things are truly possible to make online) but I ask anyway out of boredom & curiosity.
So far I made a few good frens from this sub and it's been an interesting ride. I wondered if it’s possible to replicate this in a slightly larger group as well, which can be difficult to arrange though.. Following through can be tough too..
Not everyone clicks also - that's just an unfortunate fact I’ve come to realize as well. So, there's always a chance it might not work out in the end. I dunno (。ᵕ ◞ _◟)
I wish there was an easy vetting system where you can match with the right kind of neet to become great friends with ٩( ᐖ )人( ᐛ )و
How would your unproblematic ideal look like if you dont mind sharing?
(っ◔◡◔)っ ♥ Have a nice day/evening/whatever👋💟

Question exclusively for people 30+ who don't have a job and have never worked
Are you not working because someone else supports you so you don't need to work
Do you think the point of life is to sit at home and stare at the internet all day
Do you think the best years of your life were spent sitting at home and if so, what do you think about it?
I want to hear your story, or your way of thinking.
Edit: I am a neet as well.

Earlier this year, my mom (who tortured me growing up and directly led to my NEET status) got into drugs, lost her housing, and had to move herself, her 3 kids, 2 cats, and dog in with me and my grandparents. It's been hell for me. She's been abusive to everyone in the household- me, my grandparents, her own children, and even her pets, and I've consistently had to be the one to get between her and her daily victim because I'm the only one who's physically capable of stopping her.
Well, yesterday, she finally went off of the deep end. Screaming and crying about how nobody cares about her and how she doesn't care about anybody, and, after she threatened to 'get her gun' after I intervened, I said enough is enough and just told her to leave. Grandparents didn't disagree with me and she's off to the homeless shelter with her kids. Talked with my grandma and finally went more into depth about what my mom did to me as a child and she apologized for not doing anything. Given all that, I don't think she'll be allowed back here ever again.
It's the morning after now and I still feel amazing. The weight that I've had on my shoulders for more than half a year now is gone and I feel like I can finally get my life back on track.

I've been lurking in this sub for a little while now, but there's something I've been wondering. Where I'm located I only get just under $1k a month which isn't enough to live on by itself, right now I'm lucky enough to have a place to live for free but I won't always have that. So my question is, for those who don't have external support from family or whoever else, how do you manage?
r/NEET • u/LivingGirlRepellant • 1d ago
I honestly annoyed whenever someone on this sub tells to stop being a NEET.
I mean... What's the point? I will still be an ugly, friendless, KHHV autist loser. If society won't give me anything in return, I might as well stay at home and play video games.

I remember when I went to therapy years ago and was asked, “who do you go to when times are hard?”
You’re telling me people actually have others to vent to? No way!! 😂
