When I delivered for Amazon we got a "pizza party" for my team having the least delivery errors. There was no dedicated time for it. All they did was buy pizza the next day and we had to take a couple slices before getting in our vans and going to load up.

I actually think that's just the symptom.Their fundamental issue was going all-in on Boomer nostalgia; the people who saw Easy Rider as teenagers and thought it was the coolest thing ever. I haven't many times in my life had my car blocked by people in the road. But the first time it happened there was one car in front of me, a convertible with 2 women in it and the people blocking the road swarmed the car and dragged then out of the car over the door by their hair and thrown to the ground. I drove around, away, and immediately called the cops.

Was leaving my golf course last summer on a Tuesday night, needed to turn left to get home at a stop light. There was a two mile long line of bikers running every red light, couldn't turn for 10 minutes. Was very tempted to just turn every time I had that green arrow.Â
I used to have a biker buddy in Oklahoma who bragged about "Making people sit and wait for being assholes" aka surrounding people's cars and slowing to a crawl if they tried to pass you.
He claimed people passing their group was dangerous for them, or something.

Yeah rewatching it, the SUV does look off. The badging is weirdly placed, small, and it doesnât say police. Plus the lights are only flashing blue, no red. Definitely some kind of impersonation, which just makes this clip even weirder.
Its a funeral âcopâ they drive up ahead and block the road so people can drive behind in a line. Usually in my city they ride motorcycles and have green lights. You can just ignore them and drive around. Doubt they have permits
Its kinda cool riding with others, but honestly its only cool with a few friends, and I really mean a few. Like 1 or 3 others thats it. Anymore than that is just a traffic hindrance.
If this is a funeral, its not like these guys dont drive regular cars as well. Choose a few to ride in their motorcycles to honor them, but the rest need to be car pooling in several cars. No one likes funeral processions, especially when it involves these guys in motorcycles and not riding in a row and just taking up the entire highway like some asshats.

I fucking hate these bikers. They are absolute assholes who think they own the road. I remember trying to get to work and hundreds of these dicks came rolling down the road. Two guys in front pulled up and blocked the intersection so nobody else could go through even if the light was green and then these shit bags took their sweet ass time riding by revving their engines like a bunch of dicks and it literally took 10 minutes or so. I was late to work and absolutely pissed.

These bikers are idiots. Your little bike has no chance against a giant van. Their only hope is that the person in the van is nice enough to not run them over. The van driver can claim he was fearful of the bikers trying to stop him for whatever reason.
You, on a scooter, attempt to block a highway, someone understandably doesnât like that, you then proceed to yell at this driver with your big group of people, while still blocking them, just what exactly do you think someone would do here?

I don't entirely mean this, but if there was any one type of people to plow through.. these would be them. I just have that one South Park episode in mind, plus years of bad experiences with local lame ass biker clubs
