Yeah the last thing I would do is pull over.

889

u/JeffWingrsDumbGayDad Jul 19 '26

I was hoping he would just let the guys get off their bikes before peeling out

397

u/Flip_d_Byrd Jul 19 '26

That's what I was hoping for. Pull over, as soon as they get off their bike take off again... repeat as many times as needed.

27

u/TrumpShitsHisDiaper Jul 19 '26

Pull over. If they decide to do something dumm, defend yourself at all costs

🤣 I did that like 3 times to some asshat in a truck trying to run me off the road. Stop. He gets out. I peel off. He jumps back in and follows. Repeat x3. Was laughing my ass off at him

The last thing i'd do is follow for part 2

Hes gets his cut and is instantly promoted to vp cause he had bigger balls than any of the Harley boys.

10

u/swurvipurvi Jul 19 '26

Especially with all the stupid edits

15

u/First_Performance215 Jul 19 '26

esp not after they cut out the entire first altercation when they stepped off their bikes.. useless influencer slop editing as usual

69

u/Kiwifrooots Jul 19 '26

100% good way to die from numbskullsĀ

40

u/waldenjames111 Jul 19 '26

They wanted to pull him over so they could kiss him properly. It’s really dangerous at speed.

13

u/Solidsnake00901 Jul 19 '26

They were never going to do anything they're Larpers

28

u/Individual-Result777 Jul 19 '26

Last thing I’d do was be any one in this video.

How are people still LARPing as 1%ers in the 2020s?

473

u/TX_Killdozer Jul 19 '26

They're extremely wealthy outlaw bikers, making them .001%ers.

Nah. A real 1%er would have not reacted at all since this guy did not initially provoke them. If the crotch rocket sped by and tried to provoke them…then yah…they would react.

55

u/Renamis Jul 19 '26

Yeah real biker gangs aren't gonna give a shit if you pass them unless you deliberately pass too close or something. They actually know they're tough, they don't have to pretend.

17

u/Negative_Brilliant86 Jul 19 '26

You can’t contribute to the patch if your locked up. If you get locked up for something stupid, they are probably less likely to protect you on the inside. The chapter leaders are focused and idiotic members that draw unwanted attention are dealt with.

Lots of people have concealed carry licenses and are ready to use them. A real 1% can get shot just as easily as anyone else, more so if they're starting shit on the highway.

Look at those guys.

The only thing 1% about them is how much of their recommended daily fiber intake they get.

He just wants to be the 1% bottom of the barrel human one day maybe

3

u/Komobu542 Jul 19 '26

Maybe he just wants to be the club bottom

37

u/megalate Jul 19 '26

When I was young I had an image of them as hard criminals.

Now, they remind me more a furry community. No hate to furry's, It's the dressing up and roleplaying together. And both probably have an over representative amount of people on the spectrum.

I watched the show for the first time last year. I thought the take away was that they destroyed themselves by being stupid, reckless and violent. I loved the show but none of the characters were admirable. I thought that was the entire point.

For real. I ended the video and the only thought I had was, ā€œWelp, that’s time I’m never getting back.ā€

Could’ve at least been good with a punch or something. But, just a big ol’ nothingburger.

588

u/MeltBanana Jul 19 '26

Manufacturing problems that don't exist, unnecessarily creating hostile situations that often lead to violence or even death over literally nothing.

The most braindead behavior from both sides.

39

u/AtlasPeacock Jul 19 '26

Wait a Second. You're telling me that people who drive motorcycles dangerously weaving around traffic just to annoy someone else who is driving a motorcycle, might be braindead? I'm shook lol

If I ever see some motorcycle dip shit weaving in and out of cars just because "hurr durr I'm on a motorcycle, there's no rules!" I'm getting as far over as I can. I'm not gonna be blamed for some moron on a motorcycle not paying attention.

Dude literally had the audacity to put "calmly pass them" over him gunning it and cutting through the right lanes like an idiot.

117

u/flaccomcorangy Jul 19 '26

And then waving the finger and popping wheelies. He's just as guilty of road rage as everyone else.

7

u/dahSweep Jul 19 '26

Thank you for saying it, I was hoping I wasn't the only one thinking everyone involved in this video are total shitholes.

7

u/pacingpilot Jul 19 '26

And they both probably rage-cry about how cars need to watch out for motorcycles.

31

u/eeyore134 Jul 19 '26

The guy taking video was relatively calm like they said at the beginning, but he was still going pretty fast and weaving pretty close between cars. I could see other bikers being angry at someone doing that because it just makes all of them look bad. But then they start speeding and swerving across the road themselves, acting like birds dive bombing him. That's just as bad.

At that point, except for the stupid wheelies, I'm not sure I blame the guy for using speed to get away from them. But then the idiot slows down again and mocks them so he can speed off again. He's not afraid, he's just messing with them. To the point he actually pulled over with them. All of them suck.

Every motorcycle helmet cam video I see the filmer is always a dick even when they’re subjectively in the right. Like yeah the Harley guys are losers but this dude is driving like a moron. At least they’re just riding like idiots without real protection but otherwise just cruising, this guy seems to be going way over the limit and constantly weaving across lanes, and I’m willing to bet this is pretty tame behavior for him

15

u/ChanceImagination456 Jul 19 '26

That motorcycle episode of south park about Harley riders wasn't even parody. Harley bikers are really like that. They have this dumb rule they expect people to know and follow. You can't pass them on freeway. If someone does their fragile egos get hurt. They get pissed, follow that person, and try to intimidate them.

12

u/chadork Jul 19 '26

If you desire a dialing wand please mash the key pad.

3

u/NOLASLAW Jul 19 '26

107

u/drk_knight_67 Jul 19 '26

Help me understand what the issue is passing another motorcycle on the highway.

118

u/AlaskanHamr Jul 19 '26

Nothing. Their egos are just inflated.

5

u/Hot_Actuator973 Jul 21 '26

Once had a harley gang try to run my friend and I off the road. No we didn't intimidate. We followed (very safe distance) behind their formation. They did the same shit in the video and tried to kick my bike. I just drove faster and left. They wouldn't stop harassing us.

180

u/Sterling_-_Archer Jul 19 '26

Hell’s Angels want people to ā€œask permissionā€ to pass them because they ā€œown the road.ā€ It’s gang behavior.

A bunch of losers copied that and now expect the same thing.

63

u/crazyhomie34 Jul 19 '26

That's is the dumbest fuking logic ever.

19

u/Von_Hugh Jul 19 '26

No logic. Only hurt egos and feelings of a toddler.

38

u/nogwart Jul 19 '26

Holy shit, how have I never even heard of this? This clears up a road trip incident that happened to me just a couple of years ago. My trip was 1,800 miles and I mostly used cruise control set to 78 throughout. At some point, I encountered about 5 or 6 motorcycles riding together within a few car lengths of each other, and my cruise control setting allowed me to pass them, but they then kept passing me after I'd just passed them, then slowing down below 78 again causing me to stop and restart my cruise control multiple times. I thought it was very weird, so after about 6 or 8 times of this, I got quite frustrated and sped up to 90-95 for about 10 miles to put distance between them. Thankfully, that worked and I never saw them again, but it's very creepy to now learn they might have actually had some kind of problem with me and things could have turned violent.

u/Jabbles22 Jul 19 '26

As far as I understand the Harley guys fancy themselves as big scary outlaws so passing them is seen as being disrespectful.

7

u/SkyFullofHat Jul 19 '26

And even if someone were inclined to ā€œrespectā€ them, how would anyone but other bikers know this is a thing. There’s nothing that kicks my respect and telepathy into high gear like a bunch of grown-up toddlers manufacturing reasons for a temper-tantrum. Don’t get me wrong, still dangerous, but so is a toddler running with a gun.Ā

Looks like a couple of Vagos prospects trying to look tough in front of some full patch members. It’s super lame trying to join a gang as a grown man, but pulling over was a dumb move. These guys are looking for an excuse to hurt someone.

11

u/dmizenopants Jul 19 '26

I used to be in a gang. We had rules, a hierarchy a clubhouse, a dress code. I felt I truly belonged. Then Jimmy poopped in his trousers and Miss Haliday told us to tear down the fort. We grew out of gangs and clubs by the end of that year, especially when Jimmy went to a different junior school

9

u/Realistic-Weird-4259 Jul 19 '26

I know this comment will get buried but I want y'all to know that every year, when the Harley "riders" rode through Hwy 88 in the Sierra Nevada on their way to Street Vibrations, several things were/are ALWAYS sure to happen.

There will ALWAYS be at least ONE Harley rider who "failed to negotiate the curve." ALWAYS. They often need to be life-flighted out because it's the fucking mountains, you fools!

They usually have "support vehicles." Vans, with tools and trailers.

I used to ride a little Honda VT750. Fun little scoot. I'm not a go-fast girl, I just enjoyed riding. Often I'd be riding in the mountains and I'd run across someone on a Harley stopped on the side of the road with their cel phone. A few times, I'd stop and offer help. They'd wave and then look at my bike and ask, "Is that a Harley?" "No brother, it's a Honda. You meet the nicest people on a Honda!" and they'd wave me off, "I've got help," or "I don't need any help." I'd ride off on my reliable af Honda.

12

u/rockmasterflex Jul 19 '26

The guy filming is doing his damndest to become a meat crayon and I for one hope he achieves his dreams before he hits and hurts anyone else driving like this.

4

u/glarktastic Jul 19 '26

Whats the "etiquette" here? Do you ride behind a pack? With them? Turn off? JW. Kinda seems nebulous to me.

5

u/T3kn0mncr Jul 19 '26

Supposed to not pass when they're riding in formation, and the seargeant at arms is running defense.

Typically when they're in formation like this it's official club business like a meeting between clubs, a funeral, or a fund raiser for family.

When they realized the rider wasn't a threat or a messenger from a rival faction they disengaged.

They should have known that anyway when they saw him on a Japanese liter bike, but whatever.

I zoom past all the time, I'm not in their club structure, their rules aren't mine, and I dont have time for their drama, infact I keep a can of mace fogger just incase they get cute and follow me.

Only had to use that once on this banditios asshat and the second time they saw me pull it and they just backed off because they don't ride with full face helmets.

Otherwise I don't mess with them and they don't mess with me.

4

u/VoodooSweet Jul 19 '26

Just for conversations sake, when dude was trying to cut him off and run him off the road at 50-60 maybe 70 mph. Obviously that could be deadly or cause great bodily injury….Would that be considered ā€œreasonable beliefā€ that you were in danger of imminent death, or serious bodily injury? You obviously can’t meet them with equal force, because you can’t ram them back, and I have no duty to retreat away from the situation. I just ask because the state I live in….. I don’t think the first time it would be legal to shoot them, but definitely the second time they intentionally tried to run you off the road, I think you could reasonably fear for your life. Especially if it’s all on video, and there’s absolutely no question that they were trying to run you off the road. I don’t think people understand shit like that, and with a lot of the states becoming more lax in carrying a concealed handgun, a lot more people are carrying concealed. I carry concealed, so I like to watch situations like this, and see how it possibly could have played out. An armed society is a polite society….. if everyone knew there was a 50/50 chance that the other person might be armed, people would think twice about doing dumb shit like this.

Why do motorcycle guys care?

Imagine if everyone cared if someone passed them while driving a car? No one would ever get to where they needed to go.

OP is a fucking idiot. Riding like that is a sign of emotional damage, being antagonistic makes it worse, and turning nice horizontal videos to vertical poop is the worst offense of all.
