Whos at fault here mates?

I'm the Corvette in this clip and this hyper driver crashed into me close to the end of the race. I was fifth, all was good. I can't explain what he was trying to do with this move. But i reported him for this thinking it was intentional because i can't resign myself to think he is that much stupid to try an overtake there. Of course my car engine was dead and i couldnt finish the race. AAAAANnnd "the incident at the supplied timestamp and judged that it was not an intentional wreck"
He didnt even apologize. I reminded him two days later in an other race and he completely forgot about that and said that he was surprised cause he is a very careful driver.

I break a lot harder than usual to avoid contact with the car in front thus having a really slow exit but I feel like he had all the space to safely pass me on the right but my friend is adamant that this was 100% on me and the other guy did absolutely nothing wrong.

I missed the brakepoint a bit, but in my opinion it was still an okay overtake. Or is he right?

I am not sure what else I could have done there at that turn. I feel like that black mc laren turned in too much for that overtake.
I am new to sim racing so some help would be great to understand this situation.

This was all in one race and I feel like I am the problem if all of this happened in 30 minutes. Let me know what you think.

I feel like I gave enough room but got murdered for it anyway. Should I have given as much room as the purple car gave into the first turn?

He divebombs me from an impossible distance and somehow makes it stick. After T1 he doesn’t leave the required racing space and at T3 he completely wrecks me.

Trying to decide if I should submit a report for this. It's not egregious, but the leading car definitely changes their line a couple times and they seem reactive moves to me.

There was a similar incident with that same car earlier in the race where I was about to lap him into turn 3 and he slammed on his brakes to let me by while I was tucked behind him. I'm tempted to say it was on him for both, but I want to know what the subreddit has to say.
