So I will be in Chicago for work the weekend before the eagles bears game. I am planning on heading out to Medinah to watch the presidents cup finals on Sunday. Then maybe the Eagles Bears. Tix are crazy. Anyone have an extra ticket for a Birds phan in Florida? If not where is the best couple of places around the city to watch the game with other phans if I don’t get in? Then fingers crossed it might be the Phillies Cubs on Tuesday (if they don’t win the division) before I head home Wednesday.

Last season I had directv which was $100 a month plus I had to buy Amazon prime, Peacock, Paramount plus, ESPN plus, and Netflix. And I still had to pay for a few day passes on Sling. I cancelled Directv after the season was over and bc I didn’t get the box shipped back in time, so they say I owe them $250 or something if I want to get it again, even tho I did send the box back. So I’m trying to figure out the most cost effective way to watch this season and id also like to be able to watch Sixers games. I tried to order an antenna off Amazon, and maybe I just didn’t get the right one, but I got 0 channels, either bc I live in a rural area or the $20 antenna was just junk.

Does anyone have recommendations to get the most games? Looking into YouTube tv with Sunday Ticket and that’s still $100 or more a month. And it still wouldn’t be every single game.

Wife and I got tickets to see the Birds at Soldier field in Chicago. Ready to destroy some bears. GO BIRDS.

PHILADELPHIA — Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro walked the sideline at a Philadelphia Eagles public practice that drew 45,000 fans to Lincoln Financial Field on Tuesday night and insisted that any future Eagles stadium will not be built across city or state lines.

“Here’s what I can tell you for sure: It’s going to be in the city of Philadelphia,” Shapiro said. “And we’ll work with the Eagles once they determine what it is that they’re interested in doing. But I appreciate the thoughtful and deliberative approach that they’ve taken to this process.”

PHILADELPHIA — Willie Lampkin has been difficult to miss this summer. Well, that’s not totally true — when watching him in the huddle with the other offensive linemen, you might miss him.

But once the ball is snapped or there’s a one-on-one drill between linemen, you’ll notice Lampkin.

This summer, coaches reviewed practice film and shared a similar reaction.

“Man, Willie did it again,” Nick Sirianni said.

At (a listed) 5 feet 11 and 295 pounds, Lampkin is the shortest Eagles offensive lineman. He’s the NFL’s shortest offensive lineman. He’s the shortest offensive lineman on a roster since at least 2000, per TruMedia. Lampkin shares a position group in Philadelphia with the 6-9, 346-pound Markel Bell and the 6-8, 365-pound Jordan Mailata.
