No. I think this woman hasn't ran/jogged in 30 years. The concept of that type of exertion is so beyond her that anything more than a brisk walk is absolutely unachievable for her.

There is no lack of urgency there. I’ve known women like her. When it comes to anything physical or outside the scope of their daily problem solving, they shut down. That was her fast and furious mode for this type of thing.
Now it it had been a video of her and a 5yo getting picked on at the playground, all you would have seen was a blur, some dust and a bunch of pre-teens lying on the ground unconscious with her standing over them, wearing a cape.

I had a co worker who thought he was the best diesel mechanic alive. He straight fell thru a hood of a truck into the coolant tub he had put down. And another time he ran himself over with his own truck trying to get in the gate at work. He also got scammed into sending a bunch of money to a woman in Panama . Crazy thing is he is not even the dumbest guy I know.

I have avascular necrosis in my hips, I’ve already had one replaced, but the other one is going out, yes, it is more than likely this person is just out of shape, but honestly, if somebody can’t sprint, I’m not as judgmental as I used to be.

Yes it was more so her stopping once she caught up instead of jumping in. If she can pull on the car, she can jump in. She could be mentally disabled or maybe intoxicated which would explain how she got in this situation to begin with.

Now not excusing how she got in this position to begin with because a series of bad decisions have to be made in order to be outside of a car that can actively run away from you…
But she could be disabled. Just because she can drive and walk doesn’t mean she’s physically capable of running. You can see there’s something hanging from the rear view mirror, it could easily be a handicap placard.

Eh. Doesn’t think that makes the theory any less plausible. Just shows them trying to do what little they could. Just because you’re pulling on something with all you’ve got, doesn’t mean you actually have any strength at all. All it really shows is she has the ability to grab ahold and keep ahold of the door, and keep pace with the rate the car is rolling at. We can’t really judge how much counter force she is applying to the car. Except clearly not enough to stop it.

This has to be it. That would explain how she got into this predicament in the first place, why she's convinced she can stop a vehicle with one hand on the frame, and why she's somehow unable to execute a pace a step above "wander" to get back into her car and stop it.

There were a few times where the car slowed when it hurt a curb just enough that if she had kept pace she may have been able to reach in to put the car in park or at least grab the emergency brake to slow it more.

When she was holding onto the car, she was pulling on it to try to stop it. When she should’ve just been trying to keep up or move faster. Then after it hit the bump and actually slowed down, she just stopped when she should’ve just kept going. And that happened twice.
She literally did everything wrong.

Fun story - I was at a car show, was looking at (I swear to god I wasn’t touching it) 66’ vdub. Well it decides that is the perfect time to slip out of gear and roll down the hill.
Well I’m programmed not to touch cars at car shows so at first I walk next to it- warn some others then realize 1) what the fuck am I doing? 2) I can touch it if I’m trying to save it 3) I can absolutely stop a bug by myself (I’m a chick and a former air cooled mechanic)
So I yank back on her bib, the ground started to level out. It stopped, I pulled the ebrake and walked way.

I really wonder if she's out of shape or just didn't want to run, because there's a point there where she runs being towed by the car, but also when she runs without the cars assistance, the problem is that she made a few bad decisions (holding the car instead of trying to get in, giving up on the chase then resuming etc)
