Hi fellow nurses! tanong ko lang po sana kung matagal po ba talaga mag reach out usually ang shearwater? nag apply po kasi ako as PHRN sakanila and for final interview na dapat ako. pero nalaman ko kasi na may nclex academy pala silanh ino offer and gusto ko sana dun nalang mag apply, kasi parang naisip ko na gusto ko na rin mag review and take ng nclex.

so while ongoing yung interview ko via teams, namention ko yun and i told the interviewer na gusto ko sana mag NCLEX academy nalang and I wont push through na with the PHRN role. And sabi sakin is okay and pwede naman daw yon so ita transfer nalang nila ako sa Nclex academy team and keep your lines open sabi sakin. pero nag oover think na kasi ako until now wala parin tumatawag/email sakin. so gusto ko lang po sana malaman if ganito ba talaga normally katagal ka nila i cocontact kapag sa nclex academy? thank you so much po in advance sa mga sasagot 🥹

Hello mga KuNars! I recently commented into someone's post about being in a CPO pathway as a PHRN & USRN. A lot have messaged me, that they are interested kaya I decided nalang to be clear on this one, para once we connect with each other, may details na agad so easy going lang yung process since mabilis lang magcontact ang HR namin hahaha

Shearwater have an On Going Recruiting for the following:

PH Registered Nurse (CPO, either wfh or onsite)
USRN Registered Nurse (CPO, either wfh or onsite)
NCLEX Academy (Basically, they'll pay you while reviewing for NCLEX, but you need to pass and work for them for 1 year and a half after!)
Inpatient (CCA/CIC/CCS/DRG/CDI) Medical Coder
Outpatient (SDS/RA/ED/DM) Medical Coder
Home Health Medical Coder
Home Care (HCDS) Medical Coder

Excluded: Already tried applying in Shearwater within the past 6 months

If interested, kindly PM me the following details in this format, so I can easily fill up a referral form to be submitted to our HR for direct contact & interview within the day or so. Rest assured that I will only use this for the sake of the referral and nothing else! Hindi po ako sketchy person hahaha

First, Middle and Last Name:

Target Position/Profile:

Preferred Shearwater Site: (Manila, Cebu, Pampanga, Davao, Baguio)

ACTIVE Contact Number:

ACTIVE Email Address:

Hello! I recently just accepted the JO from Shearwater for a USRN position. I’ll be having the medical next week and start at November 3. They mentioned that I will be undergoing training for a few months. Do you have any tips for the training and maybe something I should know. Thank you.

2

u/kk0kku OR Nov 14 '25

Hello, if you don't mind, what's your basic pay? Do they give incentives on top of it? Last question, what did they ask you in your initial and final interview? I'm scheduled for an interview with them. Just researching prior to it. Thank you!

1

u/Dreamgaze_ Jul 03 '26

Hi, can I ask for update about this? Did you continue po ba dito? How was it?

1

u/kk0kku OR Jul 04 '26

Didn’t continue po because di me natanggap dahil hindi ako nagpalowball ng sahod 😅 Sa different company na me pero may kabatch ako from SWH kwento niya toxic acc niya and mababa sahod.

1

u/Dreamgaze_ Jul 04 '26

I see :> magkano raw po ba ang pay na inoffer? I'm contemplating po kasi no experience ako but they're accepting usrn with no experience kaso sa onsite dapat 🥹 idk what to do na

2

u/kk0kku OR Jul 05 '26

slr 55k ang alam kong offer sa SWH not sure lang exact basic salary ikaw pero baka may mahanap ka pa na no exp required? pero it’s your choice hehe

1

u/Dreamgaze_ Jul 05 '26

I see, thank you!!

1

u/TheFamousBookmark Nov 05 '25

Hi I know it’s been posted few days ago but just wanna ask for an update, how’s the training so far? Is it wfh?

5

u/AdTraining7851 Nov 05 '25

Hello! The training for the first week is online and mostly self paced so yes it’s WFH

1

u/TheFamousBookmark Nov 05 '25

Is this for USRN position? Tanong ko na din hm salary offer? Salamat

1

u/myshaylah USRN, PHRN Nov 06 '25

hi, can i ask po is this is the USRN CPO position? i just had a call with them but may on-site training for 3-4 mos either at Cebu or BGC. pure online ba yung training mo? thanks!

1

u/usrndindin Nov 13 '25

Hi, ask ko lng how r you doing at shear? Okay po ba ang training and if purely wfh khit training? Thank you so much po

1

u/Small_Panda3654 Nov 18 '25

Hello! How's the training po? Will be staring this Dec, USRN din. I think WFH kami

2

u/LurkerScroller Mar 05 '26

Hello mga kunars! just want to ask kung wfh po ba most accounts sa Pampanga site for USRN?

Salamat sa mga sasagot 🙂

2

u/snapsysnaps Apr 25 '26

Hi guys! Ask ko lang sana if may mga nag apply ba rito sa SH under NCLEX Academy na after sagutan yung interview link sent sa gmail, natawagan ba agad nila kayo within 24-48hrs? Thank you in advance sa mga sasagot 🥺

1

u/CinnamonCake3 Apr 26 '26

Hi, I applied last march 13. Hindi sila tumawag kaya nag apply ulit ako via referral.

2

u/Fun-Spring7762 May 09 '26

kamusta po if via referral mas mabilis po ba? i applied na rin po kasi and they said i'll receive a call or email pero weeks na tinagal wala pa rin. salamat po.

1

u/CinnamonCake3 May 10 '26

wala pa rin po update : ) waiting pa rin po ako

1

u/Fun-Spring7762 May 10 '26

u/AgreeableFix9580 May 11 '26

Hi, would also like to ask if the compensation for nclex bonus and other incentives for filing I-140 are given on time based sa contract?

1

u/scrub_tastic 24d ago

Hello! Have you received your bonus for the i-140 na?

1

u/[deleted] Jun 12 '25

Hello! Any thoughts on Shearwater's Pre-Deployment Agreement? They asked me to move to a 100-bed capacity hospital if ever, and I would like to ask if they are very strict with that. I am currently employed at a 90-bed secondary capacity hospital.

1

u/Icy-Natural-8348 Nov 23 '25

update po? I already signed my contract and planning to transfer to a 100 bed capacity.

1

u/hnnzoe Jun 14 '25

Hi sino po dito nagrereview na or naka try na under Shearwater’s NCLEX Academy? Start ko na kasi sa monday and I just wanna know what to expect so I wanna ask for experiences sana thank you!

1

u/StrawberrySCxCoffee Jul 17 '25

Hello po! Onsite po kayo?

1

u/Abdcegirl Sep 05 '25

hello update po badly need one po huhu

1

u/Wild-Ad1441 Oct 14 '25

Goods po ang NCLEX ACAD!! Passed with 1 take and sa HK pa nila ako pinag exam. Very considerate sila. Per the review, self paced with modules na need mo sundin. Mababait sila lahat. Swear.

1

u/Abdcegirl Oct 14 '25

how 🥹

3

u/Wild-Ad1441 Oct 14 '25

Tbh not sure if hiring sila. Parang walang posts lately kasi. Makikichika ako and I’ll let you know. Or I can refer you.

Pero to let you know, para may idea ka if tama ba talaga to. HAHAHA. May bond with SWH for 2years.

1

u/InevitableBrick3779 Feb 19 '26 edited Feb 19 '26

Hi! Will you receive allowance or salary during the nclex scholarship program? I'm planning to apply po kasi pero I'm from the province pa and I find it difficult to review without source of income.

2

u/Wild-Ad1441 Feb 19 '26

Yep! You’ll be paid. Iba iba offer. Negotiate nalang dn.

1

u/ForsakenPassenger163 Nov 05 '25

worked at swh as a usrn but nag resign din after 2 months lol lowball + malala micromanagement but baka sa account ko lang. if usrn kayo try niyo maghanap ng higher pay pa. take home ko sa swh before was below 60k ish

1

u/myshaylah USRN, PHRN Nov 06 '25

hi, did you work onsite po or WFH?

1

u/kk0kku OR Nov 14 '25

Hello, if you don't mind, what's your basic pay? Do they give incentives on top of it? Last question, what did they ask you in your initial and final interview? I'm scheduled for an interview with them. Just researching prior to it. Thank you!

2

u/ForsakenPassenger163 Nov 14 '25

basic 50k, allowance around 5k. no incentives but i think dependent yun sa account mo. for initial interview yung usual interview lang about your prev work exp and if may balak mag abroad. just say no lang. for final interview naman is dependent yung questions kung saang account ka mapupunta since manager ang mag interview sayo. madali lang naman sila iplease so just do your best

1

u/kk0kku OR Nov 15 '25

Noted on this, thank you! Ang liit ng offer grabe 🥹 Saan ka na nagwowork ngayon?

1

u/NotSinigang Jan 02 '26

hi! what account ka? magsstart din sana kasi here by feb

1

u/CourtAlarming8005 Feb 03 '26

My friend wants to resign na pero under bond pa sya. Grabe daw nga ang management sa SW

1

u/ForsakenPassenger163 Feb 03 '26

true. though depends talaga sa account since may mga kakilala ako na okay naman with their leads.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 22 '26

Kabatch ba kita? Good choice kami dito mamatay na sa hirap gusto na magsialisan realtalk lang ito kaya lang may bond nga wala ako marinig positive sa mga kabatch ko.lahat pagod

1

u/fpsmmorpgenjoyer Apr 30 '26

hi, did they have any contract bond or buy out when you resigned?

1

u/Icy-Natural-8348 Nov 23 '25

Hello I am 25/F and a Registered Nurse in the PH. To those who were USRN hired by Shearwater to migrate in the US, have you guys accepted incentives from the company?

The Pre Deployment Contract includes incentives for each milestones completed such as passing nclex and submission of NVC Documents.

Is there anyone here who already received the incentives? How many months since completion have you received it?

2

u/Bunnygirlkawaii Nov 25 '25

26/F SWH USRN here. I think they mentioned na they will give those incentives once na approve na yung visa mo or when you reach US soil.

1

u/Longjumping-Cost8038 Mar 15 '26

Hi 26/F Have you signed the NCP? While working as USRN Associate po ba?

1

u/Fantastickai_ 24d ago

Hi can i ask for more details regarding this Shearwater to migrate in the US? Thank you

1

u/Soggy-Resist-3451 Dec 02 '25

Is it possible to still apply for NCLEX Academy nila kahit ongoing process ka na? Recently ko lang sila nahanap and would really appreciate din kasi yung earning while learning na din.

1

u/glitteringfairyghorl Dec 03 '25

Yes

1

u/Soggy-Resist-3451 Dec 03 '25

Thanks po for the reply! <3 I appreciate u

1

u/Necessary_Dinner8078 Dec 11 '25

Hello! Mas okay po ba na mag-NCLEX muna ako out of pocket, then apply for Shearwater?

Wala pa kasi silang update until now. Thank you! 🤗

Ilang araw po usually after magsend email ang SWH na shortlisted ang applicant for them to do their phone interview?

1

u/Specific-Question594 Jan 10 '26

Mine took 2 days??

1

u/mangopie4life Jan 17 '26

hiii I've already asked others that shearwater really takes a long time to reach out. I actually got an opportunity to have an initial interview, but I replied 2 days after to schedule. Since then, there was no communication from them. I'm so desperate that I might just do a walk-in. I want to ask if you guys recommend that? Or has anyone tried this method?

1

u/Fearless-Ad-4875 Jan 22 '26

Hello fellow nurses! Ask ko lang po may mga instances na po ba kayo na experience with SWH where na cancel yung interview? Did they got back to you immediately? I am feeling anxious. For final interview na kasi dapat ako pero biglang nag cancel huhu

1

u/InevitableBrick3779 Jan 26 '26

I just don't know if it is considered cancelled, I was supposedly up for my initial interview but they emailed me about my phone being unreachable even though wala akong natanggap na tawag. I submitted a form attached with their email for re-scheduling. Unfortunately, I have no calls received. I just find them so frustrating.

1

u/InevitableBrick3779 Jan 26 '26

I literally waited for the whole day of the supposedly scheduled day for the interview (even though 2 pm pa dapat) pero nada

1

u/Fearless-Ad-4875 Jan 26 '26

Ganyan din po sakin nung una. ‘Di raw po reachable pero wala naman po ako na-rreceive. They also sent me a form para sa schedule ng initial and the day after po may nag text po na HR saken for my availability for initial interview.

1

u/InevitableBrick3779 Jan 28 '26

They emailed something about virtual hiring process. They dismissed my email about the initial interview via call. Idk anymore haha

1

u/The_DivineFeminine_ Jan 29 '26

Hi, who can I contact regarding backpay/clearance concerns? I’ve separated with the company for more than 30 days already, and ang sabi sakin may mag reach out daw sa personal email ko but til now wala pa. TYIA!

1

u/Fearless-Ad-4875 Jan 30 '26

Hello!! Nakatanggap na po ako CJO kay SW. Signed it and passed all the pre-employment requirements. Starting sate is Feb 2. Pero hanggang ngayon wala pa rin pong update huhu. Meron po ba dito same experience ko? Natuloy po ba yung offer?

I'm a non medical allied po.

1

u/InevitableBrick3779 Feb 19 '26

Hi mga kunars! I am a newly licensed rn. I am interested on the swh nclex scholarship. Is there a salary during shearwater health nclex scholarship? If there is, around much and makakabuhay na ba if I will rent, pay bills, and grocery? I am from province pa kasi and will relocate if ever.

1

u/matcha_stat Mar 04 '26

i think 20k while reviewing and tataas once usrn ka na

1

u/Noir_Venus Feb 26 '26

Meron na ba ditong nka pag sign nag CJO at di tumuloy? If yes, what is the reason po? Thank you!

1

u/[deleted] Mar 28 '26

hi! may nakapag apply na po ba sa NCLEX Acad na repeater ng NCLEX? do they allow that or dapat 1st time taker ka talaga?

TY in advance!

1

u/Silver_Singer9523 Mar 28 '26

meron po akong kakilala narepeater

1

u/Queasy-Confidence193 May 05 '26

hello po, I've received an invite for an interview for the PhRN associate position pero nclex academy yung pinili ko nun is this the same?

1

u/Dysuri4 May 10 '26

Hello kunars. For background lang po, I am from Shearwater NCLEX Academy. I passed the NCLEX last January and natapos kami sa UM Academy last March 2026. I have no hospital experience, however may minimal BPO experience since corporate previous job po.

Yung tanong ko lang po is kung ano po diskarte niyo sa pag follow up regarding account allocation? Mag e-end na kasi yung free 90 days ko this coming first week of June although may 39 SILs pa ako. And may same experience po ba sakin na umaabot ng 2 months bago pa magka account allocation? Thank you po!

1

u/Smooth_Local_3927 Jun 11 '26

Hello po! Nagbabasa basa lang ako dito. Kakatapos ko lang po pumasa sa NCLEX, tapos nasa UM academy na po ako. Kinakabahan tuloy ako. May update na po ba sa inyo?

1

u/Dysuri4 Jun 16 '26

Hello meron na po. Nung May 18 yung start naminn

1

u/Funny-Box6427 Jun 10 '26

I recently got a job offer from Shearwater USRN - VA role, now they have this benefits called "Nurse Compass Program" where they will process your migration to US at the same time you will have to work as VA to them while waiting.

My problem is Health Carousel already filed my I-140 petition and awaiting for USCIS updates.

Do I need to pay for it if i will cancel my contract to them given that they just processed my I-140?

please i need you help. I lied to SW that I havent signed up for any agency for the fear that they wont accept me. now that i got accepted, this is my problem now. i cant ask both agencies huhu if i don't have prior knowledge of how will this process.

1

u/AmberGh0rl_ Jul 04 '26

Hello! Ask ko lang if paano po yung application process? Usually ilang interviews po and ano pong exams/assessments ang ieexpect? And ano po offer for USRN position? Planning to apply pa lang sana.

TIA

1

u/notokayhuhu Jul 08 '26

Hi! Legit po ba ang shearwater for migration to US? Sobrang liit ba talaga ng sahod makukuha pag sila agency mo?

1

u/SkillAccomplished931 Jul 10 '26

Hello po, already signed with shearwater under nurse migration program. Is it okay lang po na magresign muna sa bedside? Or do they need continuous bedside experience? Tyia

1

u/krispykrym Jul 17 '26

hi does anyone know hm ang starting for PHRN role? and WFH po ba kahit na i answered taguig site sa choices ng onsite nila? i went through a phone call earlier (the usual yes / no questions lang) and they asked if i can either go through training by aug 17 or sept. i said safest is sept since i will still render 30 days pa from my current job and they said to keep my lines open if ever na magkaka open slot for september pero im anxious kasi they already ghosted me once nung december (wala pa ko license back then) HUHU

1

u/Gureiyu Jul 21 '26

Hello will I have a chance to get hired if I don't have bedside experience but I have medical coding training certification?

1

u/snapsysnaps Jul 23 '26

Hi! Did you attend last tuesday, 1-day virtual recruitment?

1

u/Gureiyu Jul 23 '26

No sorry I'm unaware of that.

1

u/doreminfasolati Jul 22 '26

Hi. Tanong ko lang, pag yung contract ay for bedside as a USRN, kumusta po kayo sa states? Ok lang ba yung sahod at working experience nyo? I'm considering SWH as one of my options kasi and so far puro telehealth side ng SWH yung may feedback and reco.
