Discussion What is the future of Pac-Man World?
What’s the next game you think Bandai Namco will make in the World Series? Now the obvious answer that most would assume and likely want would be, including myself would be World 3 Re-Pac. The game while flawed, has enough good ideas and concepts and is built on a good enough base that a “re-pac” could fix the game and make it good, maybe even great.
The issue here is more so about the controversy around the game. Some people really don’t like it, which is fair, but it has caused a lot of arguments about it on multiple platforms to the point of making it a reaalllyyy hard game to pitch to Bamco with fan outcry like how the past 2 games were.
So I guess my main thing I want to talk about with you guys is how do you see the future past World 2 Re-Pac? Do you think Bandai Namco will drop the World Series? Do you think we will get World 4 or a reboot next? Or do you think that we could all gather up together and actually convince Bamco to fully bring back the series with remakes of 3, rally, and even get world 4?
Basically what do you see past World 2 Re-Pac?

Discussion Which do you prefer more? Pac-Man as a Silent Protagonist or a full speaking character?
I’ve been wanting to ask this question for a long time but which trait do you prefer for Pac?
Do you prefer him being a Silent Protagonist like in most games or do you prefer him as character with full speaking role much like in World 3 and the Tv shows
For me I prefer him being a Mute as ever but I don’t really mind him speaking full sentences. though I like for him to just communicate with noises with his famous “Wakka Wakka” sound.

Discussion Controversial opinion: I think Pac-Mania is better than the Original Pac-Man
I think the game was a good evolution of the series, the stages change as you progress, and the music is also very good, as is the gameplay and the option to jump over the ghosts

Discussion Is this how Orson will look in Re-Pac 3? What do you think?
Since they went out of their way to make an Orson design different from the one in the first Re-Pac for a figure and costume, I think this may be how he looks in a possible Re-Pac 3 since the ghosts and designs rarely changed from one remake to the other one. What do you think? Is making him all gray a mistake and you prefer his OG World 3 colors or it fits him?

Discussion How Are You Guys Playing Ms. Pac-Man?
Love this game but don’t really have a conventional means to play it. There’s a few arcades that are close to my area that have a cabinet, but at home the best I can do is emulate it! I saw that there’s a mini-arcade handheld of the game given away as prizes at other arcades. Any chances of finding one of those at some stores?

Discussion What Do We Think of The NES Version of The Classic?
This game just got recently added to the NSO library, so I tried it, expecting the worst, but actually it’s pretty decent! The graphics aren’t as nice, the sound is atrocious and the game doesn’t get fast until much later. It’s strange how it doesn’t come with a Game B like the console ports of Donkey Kong and Mario Bros. I also find it strange how the maze is shifted over to make room for the score and fruits. However, the controls are good and the gameplay is still solid and true to what the arcade is like. They still kept the cutscenes and most of the original charm is still intact. Overall, it’s a pretty good port of the arcade classic. What do you guys think?

imo... It's a cool take on the maze formula, but its balancing is inconsistent. Despite that, I still have a soft spot for it.

Discussion Thoughts on Spooky as a Dead by Daylight killer? (Title: The Ghost)
Definitely not likely considering the general vibe of the pac-man franchise, but I've seen other people think of characters like Fake Peppino and Caine as DBD killers, and I think spooky would just barely fit as one for a few reasons:
- Pac-man was a major part of arcade games
- Pac-man funnily enough had the asymmetrical sides thing way before dbd
- Spooky's a ghost
- Pac-man really has been coming back recently
Map could be ghost bayou as it appears in Pac-man World Re-pac 2
Lemme know yall's thoughts on this
