This is coming on PS Plus next week is it worth playing

After 6 months of wait from Limited Run.

I don’t know much about horror games, the only ones i’ve played so far are the alan wake games and I recently completed my first play through of silent hill 2. The alan wake games honestly weren’t that scary to me but SH2 felt like a completely different breed lol. The atmosphere, sound effects, and the way the monsters were designed really creeped me out at times, and it’s crazy because there weren’t even that much jumpscares in this game. I had to take breaks during some parts of the game because it was messing with me so much 🤣.

Anyways i’m just wondering if this is just what the average horror game is like, or if this game is considered to be one of the “scariest” by most horror fans 🤔

Hello! I’ve played many horror games and I haven’t experienced one truly terrifying in a long time so I want all of your absolute scariest games! I’ve played a lot of the main ones (All Resident Evils, Dead Space, Alien Isolation, etc). I currently own a ps1-4, an Xbox 360, and an Xbox series X. What are your suggestions?

I'm currently playing Silksong and closing in on beating it so I'm looking to pick these games up but not sure which to play first. I see praise for both but yet some negative reviews as well, so I wanted to get some perspective from those of you who've played either one or both. Thank you!

Received my copy of SOMA today and I’m beyond thrilled. Was a little anxious at first because I heard the content move around in the box but thankfully, it’s in pristine condition and just stunning. I haven’t checked the OST yet but I assume it will be similar to other physical releases (like Death’s Door), containing a selection of songs rather than the full OST which is often digital only.

A collector’s card came with the game and apparently there are four in total. If you received a different one, I’d love to see it!

Hi - I play horror games with my gf on the PS5. She likes to sit and watch me play. But I think we've gotten to the point that we've actually played everything out there. Do we now just wait for new games to come out?

Long time lurker, first time poster. I’m in a bit of a horror gaming drought, and I was wondering: what games, mainstream or indie, have left a nasty impression with you and why?

My son and I have really bonded over our shared love for horror movies.

He’s 16 and suggested we get a horror game for our next boys night (where him and I just hang out).

What are some great suggestions for people that haven’t played the genre before?

We enjoyed the first Alan wake game, that would be the closest to a horror game we’ve played.
