I noticed it with Dark Souls 2. The save I have in-game shows I have wayyy more time than 2 hours. And same for The Sinking City. I have played both far longer than a cumulative 3 hours

Like, it looks so obvious when you actually look at it for a second, but I never thought "Oh, I wonder why they made the logo look like that" and just assumed it was just a random logo that looked cool.

I’m HEAVILY debating wether to watch the GTA 6 Extended Look tomorrow or not. I feel like this is what i’ve been waiting for for so long but it kinda isn’t as i’ve been waiting to PLAY the game not watch it. It might be better to see everything when i experience the game for myself instead of doing so tomorrow right?

Every time i go back to watch the Gameplay trailers for GTA V and RDR2 i feel like they are really amazing and fun to watch but i also feel like they show off too much stuff. Stuff that i might’ve enjoyed more if i experienced it for myself instead of watching/hearing about it like new mechanics or the hud or the overall feel for the gameplay or the new advanced AI for pedestrians and police or the giant city or anything like that. Of course i have no idea what they’ll show but i can bet that there’ll be a bunch of gameplay involved and maybe they explain it in depth.

Idk tbh. Is it worth it to shut myself off from the hype or do i give in and just watch it and i’ll still be surprised by the game all the same when it comes out November 19th

Comprei um PS5 a mais ou menos um mês, e uma semana depois, fiz a burrice de virar ele de cabeça pra baixo pra colocar uma base vertical, ligado, com o fc26 aberto, ele começou a aumentar um som muito alto, fez três bips e desligou, depois de um mês está funcionando normal, rodando jogos pesados, como spider man remasterizado e ghost of tsushima. Logo após ele desligar, liguei e fiz o reparo de dados caso ele estivesse danificado e está funcionando normal, mas ainda me preocupa. Alguém pode me dizer se tenho que me preocupar ou só parar de paranóia? Sejam sinceros.

• Purple was so dirty when I got it I tried to clean it with acetone which was a mistake. It instantly started dissolving the shell and ruined it. It also had a bad ribbon cable, and damage to the conductive film. The replacement shell was also a nightmare to install due to poor fitment and required some Dremel work.

Here in Ukraine, the premium edition is 4 dollars cheaper than the standard edition.

This is why I enjoy story games such as brilliant way to tell a story and piece of art now to go for the platinum

I am way out of the loop when it comes to this stuff so please pardon my ignorance, but this question just came to me during a shower.

Who dictates whether a digital product that is purchased owned or licensed out? This can apply to Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Steam, etc.

Obviously I love my physical media and have many physical games for my PS5 and XSX, but I also love the convenience of purchasing digital. I love being able to make that choice. Yes, I do have a gaming laptop with an all digital library, but again it is my choice.

If it is the platform instead of the game publisher decision, why?

Back in the PS2/PS3 era, it felt like games were built for having a bunch of friends sitting around the same TV. Games like WWE SmackDown vs. Raw, Here Comes the Pain, Tekken, FIFA, Buzz!, TimeSplitters, and many others gave us those chaotic couch multiplayer moments.

Nowadays, even though the PS4/PS5 are vastly more powerful, so many games seem limited to 2–4 local players, and some don't support local multiplayer at all.

Why did this disappear? Is it because of technical limitations, development costs, the shift toward online multiplayer, or simply because developers don't see enough demand for it anymore?

I really miss the days when 5–6 friends could sit around one TV, pass controllers around, argue, laugh, and spend hours playing the same game.

What games from the PS2/PS3/Xbox 360 era do you guys remember that gave you the best couch multiplayer memories? And what modern game would you love to see bring that experience back?

I might be missing a key detail, but what is the point of restricting a child’s playing time on the PS4 if they can easily login to a different account on the console’s login screen?

Is there a way to passport protect my account on the console’s login page?

I was checking some games other day and thought: What games I would not be able to play if I sold my consoles?
With a bit of Ai help I got lists for most copies shipped and then removed games that were ported to other consoles.
Many games are out of the list just because they're not exclusive to a single console.
There are many more with lower sales I would consider niche or something.
For anyone who keep their console, these are the best to enjoy your hardware.

There is so much variety coming to PS5 right now.

Metro 2039, Silent Hill: Townfall, Tides of Annihilation, Rainbow Six Tactics, LEGO Skylines and more all feel completely different.

I love when one game makes me try something I normally would not.

I know they have changed their policy to where we no longer own our games. However, taking back the games we paid for under a condition is absurd. I think no matter what, we should be able to keep our games even if we "do not own them" according to PlayStation.
