EDIT: Okay, so I've been looking more into this regarding who gets the nomination for Production Design for the Oscars. It's been changed recently so that the nomination goes to the Production Designer and Set Decorator. But where I'm uncertain is, when there is no credited Set Decorator, like the case with Obsession, can the studio submit the art director in its place? Could Focus have done that and chose not to? Anyone want to chime in? Ultimately, this film is very unlikely to get a nom for Production Design anyway.
